BIOGRAPHY
- NICOLE JONES
An
award-winning writer from North Carolina, Nicole won a full writing
scholarship to Duke University in 1989. After graduation, she served
a brief stint in the US Army before relocating to California. She is
the writer/creator of three independent comic book series - "ROADKILL
ZOO," "PRISON OF THE DAMNED" and "NUOS." "NUOS"
developed, in part, as a result of her collaborations with an internationally
reknowned physicist on a revisionist history of technology through the
ages, called "The Tides of Civilization." She has also has
several short stories and numerous technical articles published. She
co-founded Year of the Horse Studios
in 2002 with director Ian Jones,
and formed Novaris Entertainment
in 2003. When she is not busy working on her latest screenplay, Nicole
volunteers as a script reader for various screenwriting competitions
and events in the Los Angeles area.
